Project “Books discovered once again” results were presented in western Bohemia

Mgr. Tomáš Foltýn, the head of the research team, was invited to have two talks about the project results in the centre of the Western Bohemia region – in Pilsen. Both presentation were held during Monday 2nd May 2016.

The first presentation was prepared for the library professionals in the frame of so called regional duties organized by the Education and Research Library of the Pilsen Region. The amount of more than 25 listeners were very interested of the looted books topic, which makes the discussion after the talk very fruitful. Second presentation was prepared for the students of the Information Sciences and Librarianship of the Secondary Technical School of Mechanical Engineering and Secondary Vocational School of Professor Švejcar, Pilsen. More than 60 students attended the talk and were interested especially in the way of the provenance signs research. In the frame of their preparation for invited lecture, they were assigned by their teachers to prepare the special poster, which can invite more people from the general public.
